IKU wholefood is created using the principles of macrobiotics, which translates as big life, think clearer, feel better, be more.
Enjoy yummy servings of organic, biodynamic and natural ingredients with the ability to nurture your whole being.
IKU Wholefood is prepared daily at the central kitchen located in Marrickville. By centralising the creation, preparation and the cooking of the menu IKU is able to ensure the high quality standards IKU customers expect.
They use over 200 organic and biodynamically grown ingredients all of which are carefully selected and graded in their own kitchen. The quality of their food is one of the keys to the IKU success story and as such they take great care to ensure that the strictest hygiene protocols are met.
IKU only uses environmentally sound cleaning products and have even gone to the trouble to ensure that all the water they use is naturally filtered.
IKU stores are located in Rozelle, Glebe, Neutral Bay , Darlinghurst and Waverley as well as three stores in the Sydney CBD. Bondi and Chifley Square are opening soon.
