Housing some of Cronulla’s most breath-taking views, not to mention the most mouth-watering Greek delicacies, Opah is the place to be whether you are looking for a leisurely lunch, a magnificent dinner, the perfect reception for your special day or a venue to make your company’s Christmas Party unforgettable.
Owner / Chef Gary Macris is synonymous throughout Sydney for his innovation and quality of service. Gary’s background in the kitchen began as a lad, learning first hand the key to Greek cuisine is keeping ‘home style’. Through observing his mother and aunty busy in the kitchen, Gary was taught the ‘tricks’ of the trade, that no school or college can teach.
In 1997 Gary introduced an original of combining his love of Greek food, with the concept of Yum Cha creating an infusion that could not and would not go unnoticed. Greek Yum Cha was born and soon the name of Gary Macris and Greek Yum Cha went hand in hand.

- Gary's Big Fat BBQ Meat Platter - Spit roast lamb, pancetta, chicken souvlaki, lamb souvlaki, Quail, chips & Salad
- Moussaka - layered eggplant, potato end lean beaf all topped with a white cheese sauce
Yum Cha
- Dip plate (vienna bread, taramosalata, artichoke & olive oil, kalamata olives & cucumber)
- Haloumi cheese, flash fried calamari
- Savoury mince filo pastries
- Spit roast lamb with baked lemon potatoes
Dessert
