This is for the serious adrenalin junkie. The ultimate off-road experience - buckling yourself into an authentic off-road race buggy. And YOU are the driver!
These cars are not toys - they are genuine race cars, and Buggy Xtreme will give you the experience of a lifetime! Bring your friends and family to watch you reveal the racing driver you have always known was in you.
After being briefed on the rules and conditions of off-road racing and issued with your safety gear, you will climb into one of the racing buggies with an experienced instructor. Take the wheel and feel the adrenalin rush as you slide around corners and take the jumps on the long, purpose-built track just 90 minutes from Sydney CBD.

Buggy Xtreme is at Colo Park, the headquarters of Sydney Off Road Racing Association (SORRA) and they race in all but the most extreme weather conditions. Full face safety helmets and race suits are supplied and each car is fitted with a 6 point safety harness. Communication between instructor and driver is via intercom. Hot and cold refreshments are provided during the session and you will take home a souvenir cap with the compliments of Buggy Xtreme, as well as a certificate of attainment to show your friends.
Numbers per session are limited.
Buggy Xtreme is available 7 days per week for morning or afternoon sessions (subject to minimum participants). All participants must hold a current driver's licence or permit, but no off-road experience is necessary, and you will be required to sign a waiver of liability form.
Morning session is 8:30 - 12.00 pm
Afternoon session is 12.30pm - 4.00pm
All sessions comprise
- 12 laps under instruction
- 8 laps at YOUR speed
- 3 Hot laps
- Hot and cold refreshments
- Certificate of attainment
- A souvenir cap
NOTE: The cars have a manual gearbox.
Hot Laps Only
If you don't have the confidence to take the wheel but want to experience the ultimate off road adrenalin rush, or you have watched a friend or family member take part the day's session and would like a taste, take advantage of the Hot Laps Only package.
- 3 laps around the track with one of the experienced drivers at the completion of a scheduled session.
- No drivers licence is required but the passenger must be over 14 years. Passengers 14 - 18 years need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver of liability form.
Gift Certificates

What to wear
For safety reasons, close fitting cotton clothing is most appropriate with long legs (eg jeans, slacks). Shoes must be enclosed. On sunny days, bring sunscreen and hat although there is plenty of shelter.
