Tom’s cooking up a great school holiday treat. These school holidays Brasserie Bread has come up with a way for the kids to get in and get their hands dirty … and make something totally delicious in the process.

Today, Brasserie Bread products can be found in a wide range of venues including some of Sydney’s best restaurants, hotels, cafes and deli's.

At Brasserie Bread customers can relax over a meal that incorporates many of our breads and pastries, complemented by Allpress coffee or a fresh juice, and watch the bakers create the day’s produce via windows connecting the café to the heart of the bakery.

For the past 18 months Brasserie Bread has been holding weekly cooking classes specifically designed for the littlies.

The classes have been very popular with the kids and their parents! The classes last for an hour and cover the process of making dough and then turning the dough into chocolate pizzas, stuffed pizzas and fruit buns.

Parents can have a coffee and a bite to eat in the café while the kids are in the cooking class.
The classes are free and last for 1 hour. Bookings are essential as the classes are very popular and numbers are limited!
